PLATINUM PREMIXED SILICONE MOULD RELEASE AGENT is a high solid non-ionic of dimethyl silicone fluid. It provides excellent lubricity and release characteristics in molded goods fabrication. Additional uses include metal antirust treatment and as vinyl and PE cleaners. PLATINUM PREMIXED SILICONE MOULD RELEASE AGENT offers great formulation flexibility and allows lower inventories.

Application

PLATINUM PREMIXED SILICONE MOULD RELEASE AGENT has been formulated specially as a release agent and lubricant in a wide range of applications and processes such as: Mould Release Agent, release agent for bandaging of rubber tubes in vulcanization process, textile lubricant for yarn and thread as well as hosiery manufacture, release agent for plastic tubes used to form bags and sacks, gloss, slip and wettability in detergent and cleaner formulations.

Method of Application

PLATINUM PREMIXED SILICONE MOULD RELEASE AGENT may be applied in low concentrations by spraying, dipping, brushing or wiping surfaces to be treated. The heat stable film formed from the polydimethlsiloxane does not carbonize at high temperatures and does not discolor surfaces treated.
