Application

PLATINUM HEAT TRANSFER OIL provides exceptionally good thermal stability even at closed system bulk temperatures up to 290°C (ISO VG 22), 320°C (ISO VG 32) and 350°C (ISO VG 68). Cracking and oxidation rates are minimal, giving extended oil life. Effective as fluid heater with good pump recirculation characteristics so that film temperatures on the heater surfaces is maintained all throughout. Maximum operating temperature is 355°C.
