PLATINUM HYCUT SYN is a fully synthetic multi-purpose, sulphurized, extreme pressure straight cutting oils developed for gear-cutting, thread-rolling, grinding, etc. They are formulated from high quality synthetic base fluid with the incorporation of a highly efficient sulphurized fatty additives plus an oiliness agent to improve their lubricity and wetting properties to give a high standard of EP performance.

Application

PLATINUM HYCUT SYN is an EP oil of medium viscosity, suitable for use with non-ferrous metals and alloys, free cutting steels. They are recommended for all conventional machining operations such as light gear cutting, general turning, and drilling operations. Particularly suitable for automatic lathes where high volume production techniques are used.
